The Role: Inbound Sales Representative

As our Inbound Sales Representative, you'll use your product knowledge, customer service skills, and wit to provide our customers with solutions to their pest problems.

You'll also:

• Answer inbound calls from potential customers and convert them into sales
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Provide detailed information about our offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales techniques
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

What You Will Need:

• Proven experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in an inbound call center environment
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong ability to build rapport and persuade customers
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High school diploma or GED
