Incident Management Analyst at Sparks Group

Sparks Group in partnership with a financial services company is seeking an Incident Management Analyst.  As the Incident Management Analyst, you will be responsible for overall coordination of the incident management process from coordinating the investigation to root cause and following up for resolution.  If you’re looking for a new opportunity, apply now

• Manage and coordinate incident management tools, processes, and interfaces with other service management processes.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents and problems.
• Maintain and improve incident/problem management processes and procedures.
• Prepare reports and metrics related to incident/problem management.

• 2+ Years’ experience designing and executing incident/problem management processes.
• 2+ Years’ experience with an IT Service Management ticketing system.
• 1+ Years’ Service Now Experience preferred
• 2+ Years of NOC Experience
• Able to work in a fast paced environment with strong time management skills
