Key Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry, both rough and finish work.
• Upgrade and remodel bathrooms and kitchens.
• Handle interior and exterior painting.
• Repair and patch drywall, including caulking.
• Provide minor plumbing and electrical assistance.
• Repair and install flooring.
• Conduct general home repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Organize tasks and solve problems efficiently.
• Maintain high attention to detail in all work.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory).
• A contractor or journeyman license is a plus.
