We are seeking Independent Licensed Therapists for full-time positions our Fraser, MI location.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

• Therapists who generate their referrals earn a higher reimbursement rate.

Requirements:

• Must be a fully licensed therapist in Michigan (LMSW, LPC)
• Must be able to provide a minimum of 15 scheduled visits per week
• Providing mental health counseling services to individuals, families and/or couples, in-person and telehealth services

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

• Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Experience with children or adolescents

About Oakland Psychological Clinic

Referrals are available for independent contractor therapists who seek to build a practice in a professional, multi-disciplinary setting. Clinicians with established caseloads and referral sources who can independently maintain their courses are eligible for highly competitive reimbursements and premium office space. Beautiful and flexible arrangements are available for individuals with substantial caseloads and referral sources. Employee arrangements are also available.
