About the Job
CRI Advantage is looking for an Independent Sales Consultant to Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and close deals autonomously. This role is 100% commission only.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand and leverage industry trends and customer needs.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, serving as a strategic partner rather than a primary point of contact for initial outreach.
- Utilize advanced negotiation skills to oversee the sales process from initial engagement to the signing of contracts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and value propositions.
- Represent the company at industry-specific networking events, enhancing brand recognition and sourcing new business opportunities.
- Independently manage a client portfolio, including all aspects of contract negotiations and post-sale relationship management.
- Report on sales activities and maintain a pipeline of prospective business using advanced CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of strategic sales experience, particularly in IT solutions, preferably in Cyber Security, and/or ServiceNow platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, with a track record of substantial direct sales achievements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with senior-level executives and stakeholders.
- Robust understanding of the commercial market landscape and the ability to leverage this knowledge to penetrate new markets.
- Proven expertise in utilizing CRM tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management.
- Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Cyber Security, or related fields: While practical experience is critical, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field can enhance a candidate's understanding of the theoretical and technical aspects of IT and Cyber Security solutions. This educational background supports a more in-depth comprehension of the market and technological trends, aiding in the strategic planning and consultation process.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a focus on developing client-focused solutions and achieving long-term business growth (as above): In addition to the capabilities mentioned under minimum qualifications, preferred candidates will have demonstrated these skills in a variety of contexts and over longer periods. They might also bring a proven track record of innovation in strategy formulation and execution, showing clear examples of how their analytical abilities have driven significant business outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with selling in the IT, Cyber Security, or related fields: Candidates should have substantial experience in selling IT solutions, specifically in Cyber Security, ServiceNow, or closely related areas. This includes a deep understanding of the technology landscape, key players, and customer needs within these sectors. Experience should highlight the ability to engage with technical stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
