Key responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for indirect procurement categories to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their indirect procurement needs and provide effective solutions.

Lead cross-functional teams to support procurement initiatives, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.

Monitor market trends, global economic conditions, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

Implement and maintain procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Manage and analyze procurement data to make informed decisions and drive performance improvements.

Ensure effective risk management and mitigation strategies for indirect procurement activities.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience (5+ years) in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.

Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and quality improvements.

Strong understanding of procurement best practices, industry trends, and market dynamics.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in using procurement software and digital tools for data analysis and supplier management.

Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Solid knowledge of contract laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
