About the Role
As an Industrial Athletic Trainer at CPTE, you will provide services that include symptom intervention, ergonomic risk assessments, job conditioning, work-site visits, mobility, first aid and other prevention services. This role requires early morning travel to various Eversource Area Work Centers located in Northern New Hampshire. May include: Nashua, Manchester, Keene, Newport, Derry, Portsmouth etc. As a multi-functioning Athletic Trainer, you will provide services at both Eversource Work Centers and our outpatient clinics. *Daytime hours*
What You'll Do
- Weekly mobility and first aid visits to line work crews; training and job observations as scheduled.
- Assess risk of injury and perform ergonomic evaluations.
- Identify, create, and implement ergonomic interventions.
- Coordinate and implement injury prevention programs and customized preventative strategies.
- Educate and promote worksite health and overall wellness.
- Communicate with safety personnel regarding injury prevention activities

Requirements for the position include:
- Licensed in NH as an Athletic Trainer.
- Willing to travel to various locations for early morning work-site visits.
- Exceptional ability to engage employees in an occupational environment.
- Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
