Requirements:
- Expertise: 5+ years in commercial and industrial HVAC systems—manufacturing plants, hospitals, offices, churches, schools, etc.—with a focus on troubleshooting.
- Certifications: EPA Type 2 certification is essential; Universal Certification and OSHA 10 are highly preferred.
- TechnicalSkills: Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting, servicing, and installing chillers, cooling towers, and RTUs of 20+ tons is a must.
- Adaptability: A team player open to learning and adapting, with a solid foundation but eager to expand their expertise.
- Background: Must have a stable work history and previous experience in a senior-level technician role with a strong focus on Commercial/Industrial HVAC/R service and troubleshooting.
