Industrial Coatings Experience Required.

Position Summary: Our Field Operations Manager/Superintendent is responsible for managing multiple jobs in the field, reporting to the project leadership, interacting with customer representatives, ensuring quality workmanship, and helping to motivate our teams every day. This individual needs to be personable, dependable, and be experienced in and knowledgeable of the equipment involved in industrial blasting and painting. The FOM/Super will have 15-40 people reporting to them at any given time.

Position Qualifications:

• INDUSTRIAL Coatings Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial blasting and painting/coatings leadership experience
• Ability to understand and present products and services
• Proven track record of managing projects valued at $100,000 or more
• Deep knowledge of the trade including methods, materials, equipment, and how to diagnose/maintain/fix equipment 
• Experience with CRM systems
• Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
