Industrial Construction Senior Project Manager - Gpac

A Design-Build firm is looking for a proven Senior Project Manager with a strong background on diverse light industrial  construction projects. They are also considering Project Managers with enough experience who are looking to take the next step as a Senior Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee and assist with various projects and project managers
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and within scope
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed
• Client follow-up and retention

Skills and Requirements:

• Industrial/Commercial Construction Management degree, or equivalent
• Knowledge of all phases of the building construction process including pre-construction through closeout
• Excellent time management skills
• Extensive experience in cost controls
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
