Why are we looking for an Industrial Electrician?

At Desotec, we are looking for an Industrial Electrician who will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems in our industrial facility.

As an Industrial Electrician at DESOTEC, you will be trusted to...

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.

• Reading technical diagrams and blueprints

• Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components

• Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures

• Maintaining good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment along with performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance

• Strong understanding of PLC controls

• Utilizes manual and automated material handling equipment

• Strong mechanical, analytical, and solution driven skills

• Possess state certification or equivalent qualification or license

• Possess strong electrical and mechanical abilities

• Must be able to use basic tools and machinery

Who are you as an Industrial Electrician at DESOTEC?

• Candidate must be able to communicate effectively to team members and management staff.

• Must be able to read information through facility computer software.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of PLC Controls

• Electrical Certification
