Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily production engineering activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

• Implement process enhancements to optimize the use of equipment and materials, increasing production efficiency.

• Create and maintain work instructions for production teams.

• Design operational plans to meet both production and financial goals.

• Recognize and address potential safety hazards, implementing preventive measures.

• Conduct root cause analysis on identified issues and develop effective solutions.

You Need:

• Bachelors in Engineering

• 5+ years Manufacturing Experience
