What’s the role?  

The goal for this intern position is to help make the manufacturing process more efficient (reduce labor hours, reduce cycle time, reduce variance).

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Collect and analyze manufacturing data (cycle times, rework, test results, etc.)
• Plan for labor allocation using takt, cycle, lead times and capacity allocation using resource times
• Use data analysis to identify trends and suggest process improvements
• Work with mfg. systems, applications & process tools (ERP, Lean, Data Analytics)
• Develop work instructions for existing and new manufacturing processes
• Create and submit Engineering Change Orders

Do you qualify?

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

• On site work 4-5 days / week

The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 – $27.00

The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
