JOB REQUIREMENTS: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING MANAGER sought in Mount
Pleasant, WI. Develop and implement comprehensive continuous improvement
strategy aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with senior
leadership to establish KPIs and targets for PCB assembly process
improvement. Plan, execute, and oversee operational improvement projects
efficiently. Work closely with production and supply chain teams to
develop capacity planning models. Optimize workforce planning and labor
allocation based on production schedules and demand. Implement
strategies to balance workload and enhance overall productivity. Conduct
in-depth analyses of PCB assembly processes for improvement and
efficiency. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to
streamline processes. Use data analysis tools to measure success and
make data-driven recommendations. Conduct time and motion studies for
work method analysis and streamlined production. Assess workplace
ergonomics to create a safe and efficient working environment. Recommend
design changes for improved layout and functionality of workstations.
Oversee maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in PCB
assembly operations. Lead troubleshooting efforts and develop preventive
maintenance programs. Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables
for equipment maintenance. Education Required: Master's degree in
Industrial Engineering Experience Required (yrs or months): 2 yrs.
experience in job offered or 2 yrs. experience as Logistics Engineer.
