Industrial Journeyman Millwright

Job Type: Temporary

Starting Pay: $27.00
Schedule: Field, Requires overtime and travel.
Compensation: $90 per day per diem.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Effectively manage and plan work to accomplish all job tasks without having direct supervision on all matters.
• Ensure that work conditions are safe and efficient.
• Supports team members to successfully complete projects.
• Read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, sketches, and plans.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment, i.e.: safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots and other PPE as required by specific jobs.

Requirements

• Industrial Mechanical Millwright / Rigging: 4+ years (required)
• Must have current valid driving license.
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Must be able to travel 100%

Skills

• Industrial millwright experience installing, rigging, fabricating, aligning, and repairing mechanical components and machinery.
• Industrial troubleshooting.
• Blueprints – Metric callouts and assembly drawings. European prints are a plus.

Qualifications

• Journeyman millwright or similar license or certified training.
• 4 years’ experience industrial millwright experience
• Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working at heights, in the elements, and in confined spaces.
