About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. A winning team in wood component manufacturing of top quality Roof Trusses, Floor Trusses, EZWALL- Framing Solutions where team members demonstrate our core values of Own it, Passionate, Honesty, and Respect!
In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various production machines, equipment and facilities. Your expertise will help ensure a safe and efficient working environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of routine and semi-skilled tasks involving general maintenance of the facility, equipment, and grounds.
- Provide constant oversight and manage the upkeep of various electrical systems, mechanical systems, production machinery, office equipment, and PLumbing.
- Ensures all building systems are running at optimal efficiency.
- Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
- Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
- Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems with the facility.
- Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
- Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility.
- Maintains inventory of supplies.
- Assist higher-level technicians.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Working hours: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

- Highschool diploma or GED/and or equivalent training.
