Job Description:
Perform routine & emergency maintenance on building & equipment to ensure continuous operation.
Perform new installation of equipment and building construction.
Read and understand Safety Rules and Housekeeping Guidelines
Ability to perform Preventative Maintenance, LOTO procedures.
Operate and Maintain Boiler, Plant Air System, Plane Steam System, Plant Fire System, Waste Water treatment system.
Know how to set up and run manufacturing production equipment including setting tolerances & replacing/paralleling rolls.
MECHANICAL - use drawings/prints to repair, rebuild & troubleshoot all production equipment.
ELECTRICAL - know equip. affected/related to the isolation of power source.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems up to 480 volts 3 phase.
New installation involving conduit; layout, sizing & bending.
