Industrial Maintenance Technician III Night Shift - Ply Gem Windows & Doors

• 5 plus years experience in Multicraft Environment
• Leadership skills and experience preferred
• Ability to teach, coach, and mentor a team
• Strong Electrical and Electrical Diagnostic skills
• Ability to read and interpret complex prints and Diagrams
• Ability to Work with and Diagnose CNC equipment
• Understanding of G code and M codes is desired
• PLC skills and electronic drive Control skills
• Connected components, and knowledge of Allen Bradly software desired
• Ability to work with and learn Multiple Types of Drives, PLCS, HMI  and Software
• Experience with Fanuc Control desired
• Robotic experience is desired, but we will train
• Manufacturing Experience is desired
• Exercise substantial initiative/judgement in work methods and interpreting goals
• Work independently and is reviewed infrequently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Communicate with clarity and demonstrate excellence in approach to work and people activities
• Solid understanding of all people related processes and procedures
• Able to identify root cause of any losses
• Good understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
