We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who loves working with machines and problem solving! Someone who takes pride in providing a service of quality and efficiency. As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance and troubleshooting our plant's machines, ensuring optimal performance and productivity. You will also perform machine tuning, equipment repairs, upgrades, fabrication, or building maintenance as needed. You will work closely with other team members and supervisors to achieve our goals and exceed the industry's standards for product quality.
Hours: Day Shift Monday-Friday, 40 hours. Overtime as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A mechanical aptitude and a knack for turning a wrench.
- A high integrity and a drive to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- Computer skills and experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) (preferred, not required).
- A strong emphasis on safety and shop organization.
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in maintenance or related fields.
- Experience dealing with precise and tight tolerances included in machining and fabrication (preferred, not required).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills and improve your performance.
The maintenance technician role is a full-time day shift, 40 hours Monday to Friday (overtime is often available). We offer competitive compensation and benefits, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
