Role
As a Maintenance Mechanic (also known as Maintenance Technician, Equipment Repair Specialist), your primary responsibility will be the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of all baking, packaging, and process machinery and systems, including site auxiliary equipment, in a safe and efficient manner. You'll also ensure safety and food safety by adhering to all company, OSHA, and government rules and procedures. Your role will also involve supporting the preventative maintenance program, completing assigned work orders, assisting with equipment changeovers and line startups, and maintaining current inventories and parts reorder lists.

- High school diploma or GED preferred. A combination of education, training, and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
- Preferred - 3 years’ experience maintaining manufacturing systems and equipment in an automated plant as well as training/experience with compressed air systems, boilers, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes. Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions with a high level of detail and accuracy.
