Industrial Mechanic
A growing manufacturing company is in need of an experienced industrial mechanic to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems
- Install, replace, and repair worn or damaged parts
- Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment
- Work with a team of mechanics to ensure all equipment is running efficiently
- Communicate with supervisors and other departments to ensure equipment is running smoothly
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial mechanical role
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
