About the Job
Starting pay is $28.44 per hour
Work 50% of the year with weekends on for 1 month, weekends off the next
What we offer you:
• Starting pay is $28.44 per hour, with overtime available
• Only work 84 hours every two weeks but earn 76 hours of straight pay and 8 hours of scheduled overtime every two weeks
• $0.25 per hr increase every 6 months for the first two years
• Quarterly bonus based on plant performance
• Additional quarterly attendance bonus

What you'll do:
• Utilize your industrial mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed can manufacturing line
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all industrial mechanical systems
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010
• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity
We need you to have:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
• Technical school degree or certification in a related field is a plus
• Ability to learn the use of SPC and to utilize it as a tool for continuous improvement
• A commitment to safety
