Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in the New England Scaffolding Area. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial painting with expertise in brush and roller application, airless spray painting, and paint mixing. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and maintaining detailed coating reports to ensure quality control.
Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and clean surfaces for painting, ensuring proper surface condition for coating.
+ Apply industrial coatings using brush and roller techniques, as well as airless spray paint equipment.
+ Mix paints accurately to meet job specifications and ensure color and consistency.
+ Conduct quality checks on coatings and ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards.
+ Write and maintain coating reports to document materials used, application methods, and any relevant observations.
+ Follow all safety protocols, including wearing protective equipment and maintaining a clean work environment.
Requirements:
+ Proven experience with brush and roller application in an industrial setting.
+ Proficiency with industrial airless spray painting equipment.
+ Knowledge and experience in paint mixing to achieve the desired quality and color.
+ Ability to write and document coating reports is preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
+ Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
+ Experience with Sand Blasting
