WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The right candidate will possess knowledge in data management, analysis and interpretation. Needs to be proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills. This person will have several priorities – working with the industrial property management team, including our business development and project-oriented initiatives. The role will be instrumental in the development and implementation of best in class industrial property management practices. Customer service skills are integral to this position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Excel spreadsheets, including client lists, underwriting, significant data within a tracker system and any other requirements that may be needed. Strong Excel skills required. This data is utilized to determine the growth of IPM quarter over quarter and year over year. It enables IPM to determine staffing loads and understand the footprint of its clients
- Work with the team to track and maintain all data aspects associated with industrial property management, including national client list and maintenance of national audit data
- Create proposals and presentations as required for business development activities
- Participate with leadership in the review and edit national manuals and handbooks
- Participate on any large data entry projects using firm’s platform tools (i.e. SharePoint, Prism etc.)
- Utilize JLL Yardi system for accounting tracking.
- Project management of new client proposals and tracking to determine the win ratio of proposals to an actual business win.
- Exercise independent business judgment when responding to needs of clients, both internally and externally.
- Excellent customer service internally with property managers and stakeholders as well as externally with clients
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Education, experience and position requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- (3+) years of experience in a similar role is required. Commercial real estate experience is a plus.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills. Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellence in MS Office, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Adobe InDesign experience a plus but not required.
- Self-Starter – able to start and complete projects independently.
- Written/Oral communications – ability to speak and write clearly and concisely, get messages across that have the desired effect.
- Attention to detail
- Adaptability – maintain effectiveness in varying environments, tasks and responsibilities, or with various types of people.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Planning and organizing – establish course of action to accomplish goals and evaluates results, develops schedules and task/people assignments, can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish goals, uses resources effectively and efficiently.
- This position is based in the Denver downtown corporate office.

Estimated total compensation for this position:
65,000.00 – 75,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
