As an Industrial Sales Manager for this division, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer relationships within the industrial sector.
Key Duties and essential functions:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the industrial sector, specifically focusing on water treatment pumps and pump repair services.
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing Sales Team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to achieve individual and team goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with key decision-makers in target industries.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and participate in industry trade shows and exhibitions.
Provide technical expertise and solutions-based selling to meet customer needs and address inquiries regarding product specifications, applications, and performance.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
Forecast sales projections, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for management review.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Management, or related field; advanced degree or technical certifications are a plus.
Proven track record of success in Industrial Sales, preferably within the water/wastewater treatment or pump repair industry.
Strong understanding of fluid and air handling technologies, pumps, blowers and related equipment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Results-driven with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Travel required: 50-75%
