About the Job
We are currently seeking a motivated and results driven Industrial Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through proactive communication and outreach
- Respond to inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers in a timely manner
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotes, proposals, and orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and meet sales targets
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and forecast sales opportunities
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven inside sales experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Technical aptitude and understanding of industrial products and solutions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information and influence customer decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service excellence
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
