Industrial Service Outside Sales Representative
We offer a full range of industrial repair capabilities servicing a variety of markets, including electrical, mechanical, and communications. We are looking to hire an Industrial Service Outside Sales Representative to support and advance our growing business. This position will focus on managing orders at current manufacturing customers as well as growing the territory by identifying and attaining new business.
Industrial Outside Sales Rep Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans
- Maintain current customers and obtain new customers
- Cold call and prospect for new business
- Manage individual sales objectives
- Forecast and create alternate sales channels
- Build support for a results-oriented and customer-focused sales organization
- Manage open orders to ensure customers are informed and satisfied
- Update CRM data on a daily basis
- Resolve customer queries, issues and problems
Industrial Products Outside Sales Rep Qualifications:
- Experience in Industrial sales, 2+ years of relevant sales experience
- Proficient in Excel and Word with excellent customer interface skills
- Proven experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, account development and time management
- The ability to maintain & build relationships with current customers and to generate new accounts
- Ability to translate concepts into actionable ideas
- Demonstrated management and team skills, essential for collaborative projects within the organization
