Job Title: Industrial Specialist Assistant 

Location:  Lexington, KY 

Travel:  N/A 

Duties: 

• Manage the planning, administration, review, and evaluation of performance objectives to meet the customers' requirements. 

• Communicate with vendors regarding MIPRs (Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request), RAs, sales orders, invoices, etc. for accuracy and payment within a timely manner. 

• Utilize SAP (System Applications and Products) to review for accuracy all customer orders put into the system daily, sales orders, request for purchase (RP), comparing customer purchase orders (PO). 

• Pro-actively involved in procurement activities relating to assigned programs by assisting in negotiating vendor requirements and customer needs. 

Qualifications:   

• Five (5) years of relevant experience 

• Must be proficient in balancing costing GL (General ledger) accounts.
