Your Day to Day responsibilities:
- Conduct entry-level break-fix and preventative maintenance, including adjusting functional parts of devices and control instruments; repairing or replacing defective parts.
- Collaborate with the team and provide necessary support to department members as directed by leadership.
- Uphold 5s/housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Consistently update records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Oversee and maintain equipment part inventories, ensuring stock levels are accurate and placing orders when required.
- Actively participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) activities by providing insights on processes, results, and potential cost savings, while always adhering to safety policies, regulations, and guidelines, ensuring situational awareness and identifying potential hazards.
Preferrable Background:
- Understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems.
- Skills in analyzing problems and performing repairs.
- Associate degree with a technical focus or 18 months of related experience in an in an industrial background
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Experienced in reading and interpreting drawing and schematics.
