Job Summary and Qualifications

The Infection Prevention Coordinator, along with the Infection Prevention Director, will assist in coordinating and implementing the Infection Prevention Plan. This includes using effective guidelines and methods to identify, control and prevent healthcare associated infections, which leads to continuous quality improvements for all patients, visitors and staff. Success will be determined by the minimization of the spread of communicable and transmittable infections as well as hospital acquired infections within the hospital. 

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ Years preferred in an Acute care setting working in Infection Prevention
