8 hour shifts (9am -5pm)
100% Onsite required for this role.
Core Job Responsibilities:
• Execution and verification of data transfer and consolidation tasks as assigned.
• Responsible for communication of project status and escalation of issues to manger.
• Reconcile project demands with available resources and escalate any deviation from project timeline.
• Record all support activities for proper measurement of work performed.
Competencies:
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Familiarity with Windows operating system
• Ability to ascertain the criticality of issues
• Understanding of computer terms and acronyms, and to translate technical terms into non-technical language
• Ability to follow departmental processes and procedures, ability to follow and document resolutions and exceptions.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associates Degree in Computer Science or 2-3 plus years of related experience, sufficient, but not required. Relevant experience can override educational requirements . Previous large corporate experience would be a plus.* Forensic, IT experience would be a plus....
• Minimum of two years of experience in a corporate IT or computer support-related field.
Desired Skills:
• Microsoft O365 support. Computer imaging. PC repair.
Top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have
Superior attention to detail, excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a sound technical background.
Nice to have (but not required)
