ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Security Analyst to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Support a team at a government location to provide DEERS PII changes, CAC, Token, Retired Military ID issuance, PIN reset, and Helpdesk support.
+ Support Identity, Access, and Credentialing issues within a customer service environment.
+ Resolve ServiceNow and JIRA tickets related to access and credentialing issues.
+ Contribute to the completion of project and group milestones.
+ As needed, provides input to project deliverables and reports.
+ Contributes to solutions to a variety of complex technical problems.
Basic Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of related experience.
+ Typically requires a B.S. degree or 4+ additional years of experience
+ Prior experience in similar environment is desired.
+ Excellent customer service skills.
+ Must be organized and ability to prioritize workload.
+ General understanding of Identity, Access, and Credentialing services.
+ Understanding of PKI.
+ Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
+ Trouble shootings skills to narrow down where customer issues may reside.
+ Ability to work off shifts between the hours of 7 AM ET and 5 PM ET.
+ Prior experience working with PII information and data.
+ Prior experience working with MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
+ Must be able to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, share workloads, and deal with sudden shifts in project priorities.
Security Clearance Requirements:
+ TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
