Title or Role: Information Security Engineer
Compensation: Up to $80/hour commensurate with experience

Position Description: Oversee and implement comprehensive security measures to protect sensitive data and systems within a hybrid infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure,test and enhance security solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, IAM, VPN, IDS, SIEM, WAF, DLP, firewalls).
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, incident response, and investigations.
- Administer Windows systems and apply security controls to on-premise and cloud platforms.
- Script using languages like Python or PowerShell.
- Understand cybersecurity frameworks (MITRE Telecommunication&CK, CIS Controls, NIST).
- Analyze data, manage projects, and communicate effectively.
- 10+ years of security experience.
- Proficiency in scripting languages.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
- Offensive Security or GIAC certification (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, GCIH).
