The Position: We are looking for a candidate who will serve as an on-site Information Security (INFOSEC) Analyst Level II for a DoD client's security and Program Protection team.
The incumbent will be responsible for orchestrating protective measures to safeguard information from loss, compromise, or unauthorized disclosure IAW DoD (e.g., DoDM 5200.01, DoDI 5230.24, DoDI 5200.48) and other non-DoD requirements. Must be capable of working in a team environment. Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

The Description:
- Assist with Agency Security Manager program updates
- Perform reviews of draft INFOSEC Preliminary Inquiries and recommend document corrections
- Draft memoranda and associated staffing documentation for task response packages
- Assist with the revision, publication and distribution of the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Marking & Safeguarding Awareness educational and training materials
- Review NATO and other program compliance with all regulations and policies
- Coordinate with the (Computer Emergency Response Team [CERT]) and Classification Management for reported network spillages
- Maintain metrics and produce monthly and annual task metric charts and reports
- Update task database and file system folders
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance, required with potential to obtain Top Secret/SCI
- Associate of Arts or Science Degree in a relevant field to Security/CI.
- Three (3) years of relevant work experience, working on missile defense - related or other complex, large DoD programs/projects.
- Experience with DoD security procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office software skills
Travel:
- On some occasions, the employee may be required to drive to offices or buildings near the work site. In rare occasions, travel may be required.
