Information Security Engineer

MDI Group is hiring an experienced InfoSec Specialist for one of our software engineering clients in Atlanta, GA. You will be responsible for detection and response to cyber threats targeting our client's network. You will develop and maintain threat monitoring capabilities used by their security team through various environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 years Network and System Security 
• AWS Cloud
• 2 years SOAR 
• Deep Understanding of Windows Server 2016R2

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Intermediate knowledge of Bash and Powershell
• Linux Server Management

What you will be doing:

• Supporting security engineering, and compliance across multiple channels. 
• Testing, engineering, and implementing automated security solutions. 
•  Assessing large cloud-hosted services to determine threats to security.
