Summary You will serve as a INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (ENTARCH/INFOSEC) in the Information Technology & Cyber Security Department (Code 109) of PSNS and IMF. Responsibilities You will perform a broad range of duties managing one or more major multi-year IT enterprise initiatives carried out through multiple related IT projects. You will lead, coordinate, communicate, integrate, and be accountable for the overall success of operations and cybersecurity programs/initiatives aligned with critical agency priorities. You will be responsible for ensuring Navy Authority to Operate, for CMDNET Risk Management Framework packages. You will serve as a SME and internal consultant in developing the Operational and Cybersecurity enterprise strategy. You will develop and maintain the necessary IT and cybersecurity related processes to support the organization mission and function. You will formulate and consolidate infrastructure program initiatives. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing expert knowledge in and demonstrating practices of Information Technology and Cyber Security Administration, Risk Management Framework (RMF), communicating/managing projects from inception through completion to attain an Authority to Operate (ATO) for assigned networks; preparing reports on CS and Cyper Operational Readiness Assessment results; mastery of security controls, security assessments, network architecture, RMF documentation, and communication coordination across multiple agencies. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. Education Additional Information This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE AND SECURITY ARCHITECT level ADVANCED/EXPERT within 12 months of appointment. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Additional vacancies may be filled by this announcement.
