DutiesAs an Information Technology Specialist, you will:Develop processes and procedures for effective use of communication and collaboration tools including email and Teams.Support maintenance and implementation of Microsoft 365 services.Utilize applications, including Microsoft M365, Entra ID, Kiteworks, to collect and analyze data.Coordinate with staff to document and facilitates knowledge transfer and standard operating processes and procedures.Ensure continuity in operations and the rigorous application of information management/information security/cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of planning and management services in support of the Office's Strategic Plan.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentOccasional travel required.You must be a United States Citizen.This employer participates in the e-Verify program.If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, you must certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so under the Selective Service Law. QualificationsBASIC REQUIREMENT: For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting 2 of 3 of the following:Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure current software meets business requirements, including recommended upgrades of software and enterprise systems.Utilizing applications, including Microsoft M365, Entra ID, Kiteworks, to collect or analyze data.Administrating cloud-based systems via patches, permissions, service deployments, or network perfomance monitoring.
