This role is located in Roswell, GA.
Position Overview/Responsibilities for the InfoSec Engineer:
- Lead projects implementing security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Vet and operationalize new security services for on-premise and public cloud data centers.
- Perform tuning and maintenance on security solutions like EDR, IPS/IDS, and SIEM.
- Serve as an escalation point for SOC incidents and coordinate resolution efforts.
- Conduct application scans, penetration testing, and collaborate with PMaaS and VMaaS providers to address advanced findings.
Required Skills for the InfoSec Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years leading security and technology teams, managing operations, projects, budgets, and team leadership.
- Experience mitigating cybersecurity threats like phishing, SQL injection, DDoS, and ransomware.
- Skilled in implementing endpoint protection solutions (EDR/XDR, host FW) and applying MS O365 & Azure security policies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with knowledge of compliance standards (PCI DSS v4.0, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
