What you will do at Topsort

• Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures to protect Topsort's data and assets.
• Manage all IT operations, including device management, software deployment, and network security. 
• Ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001 and HIPAA standards.
• Ensure the secure configuration of systems, networks, and applications, and provide security awareness guidance to employees.
• Oversee provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts and devices using Rippling.

What we expect from you 

• Bachelor's in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in IT and information security management. 
• Experience with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, and endpoint management. 
• Proficient with tools like Rippling for IT management. 
• Excellent understanding of cybersecurity principles and incident response protocols.
• Preferred experience: strong experience in managing IT for a tech company or startup. Certification in IT security (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
