Job summary:
We are seeking an experienced Infra Ops Specialist with a strong background in DevOps, Dashboarding, and CI/CD DevSecOps Support. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience and will play a crucial role in managing projects that enhance our infrastructure operations. Experience in ServiceNow Cloud Observability and domain expertise in Cards & Payments is a plus.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the implementation and management of DevOps practices to streamline our software development and deployment processes.
· Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards to provide real-time insights into system performance and operational metrics.
· Provide support for CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of code changes.
· Manage DevSecOps processes to ensure security is integrated into the development lifecycle.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
· Implement best practices for infrastructure management to improve efficiency and reliability.
· Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance system stability.
· Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
· Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure operations.
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
· Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications :
· Possess strong experience in DevOps practices and tools.
· Demonstrate expertise in creating and managing dashboards for system monitoring.
· Have a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps processes.
· Experience with ServiceNow Cloud Observability is a plus.
· Domain expertise in Cards & Payments is highly desirable.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
· Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
· Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
· Experience in managing vendor relationships and service delivery
