Contract Role
Job summary:
We are seeking an experienced Infra Ops Specialist with a strong background in DevOps, Dashboarding, and CI/CD DevSecOps Support.
The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience and will play a crucial role in managing projects that enhance our infrastructure operations.
Experience in ServiceNow Cloud Observability and domain expertise in Cards & Payments is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and management of DevOps practices to streamline our software development and deployment processes.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards to provide real-time insights into system performance and operational metrics.
- Provide support for CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of code changes.
- Manage DevSecOps processes to ensure security is integrated into the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Implement best practices for infrastructure management to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance system stability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure operations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Possess strong experience in DevOps practices and tools.
- Demonstrate expertise in creating and managing dashboards for system monitoring.
- Have a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow Cloud Observability is a plus.
- Domain expertise in Cards & Payments is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and service delivery.
