Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in the IT industry with at least 6+ years in Project/Program management.
- Experience on scheduling, budgeting, project management tools, clarity, cost plans, CR management, comfortable driving large projects with value $4 million in challenging situations
- Should have Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Should have proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
- should have a proven record of delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
- Should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis.
- Should have Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Interacting with global, cross-functional technical and business teams and collaborates with corporate and business group labs to quickly capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborating throughout the organization and with customers and key industry leaders to identify future business opportunities.
- Should have Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Implementing standard procedures and methodologies for development. Agile, SDLC, Automated testing methodologies, etc.
- Should be comfortable driving large projects
- PMP or Agile certification preferred
