The Project Manager is responsible for the independent planning, execution, control and completion of multiple projects or a single program of great complexity
- Delivery of projects on-time, within budget and with quality.
- Supports/manages multiple projects or a single program of great complexity, possibly cross-dept or cross-division and may be at various geographic locations.
- Projects involve participation from and have impact on multiple functions across the business lines.
- Defines problems/needs and solutions involving substantial latitude in course of action.
- Organizes project teams by identifying areas of needed expertise and required skills.
- Builds strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Supports the activities of project teams to ensure quality and timeliness of project completion.
- Creates project presentations and presents to senior management.
- Resolves project conflicts with affected management.
- Resolves process and project issues.
- Ensures projects are completed according to time and budget schedules, and that objectives conform to line of business' overall standards, operations objectives, user requirements and client's needs.
- Serves as the key project resource for the project for a business segment or channel from approval through project close.
- Develop and manage timelines for applicable channels.
- Responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement and best practices in the project life cycle within and across industry segments.
- Project work typically has a substantial impact on the corporation/LOB.
- Budget responsibilities are based on project requirements and could include building budget details into business cases or into division/dept budgets.
- Performs daily administrative duties.
- Works independently to manage projects.
- Has ability to make decisions on assigned projects.
- Has ownership for project timelines, deliverables, budget, and metrics.
- Manage key deliverables for programs.
- Typically 5+ years project management experience, supporting clients.
- Project/strategic planning and business background with understanding of assigned areas of responsibility
- Ability to multitask and react in a fast-paced organization
- Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including those at the senior level.
- Experience working on technology/operations integration projects desired with knowledge and adherence to Agile/SDLC process and methodology

- Computer Fluency- MS Project, Excel, Visio, Access, Power Point.
- College degree preferred;

- Process oriented with a strong attention to detail and focus on controls
- Sense of urgency as well as ability to organize, prioritize and manage personal work
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify solutions
- 1 –3 years of demonstrated cross-functional program management experience.
