Job Description:

Menasha Corporation is seeking a long-term contractor to join their Systems Security team. This role has the potential to transition to a permanent position within 6 months to a year, with an annual salary ranging from $75-90K, depending on the candidate’s qualifications.

Work Schedule:

• Onsite presence required 3 days a week (most team members are in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

Role Overview: The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and administering the existing infrastructure, with a primary focus on Checkpoint Firewalls. General firewall knowledge and experience are essential for this role. The team also manages server and firewall infrastructure, SCCM, and Windows Server, covering a broad range of activities.

Job Description Summary: Under the direction of a Lead or Senior Analyst, the IT Infrastructure Analyst will design, install, and support corporate-wide internal systems, with a significant focus on Firewall Administration. The role includes providing high-level technical and administrative support for firewalls, web servers, load balancers, remote management, and security platforms.

Skills Required:

• 2-5 years of direct experience configuring, supporting, and maintaining network client/server systems, with a major focus on Firewall Administration.
  • Additional support may be required in the following areas:Microsoft Windows Server / Microsoft Active Directory
  • Port Scanning Local and Wide Area Networks
  • Remote Access Management
  • Web Server Administration
  • Network Management Systems
  • Network and Endpoint Security

Primary Responsibilities:

• Firewall Administration: Manage and maintain firewall systems to ensure network security.
• SSL Certificate Management
• Web Services Configuration
• Support Security Platforms: Provide support for email, endpoint, and remote access security platforms.
• IT Processes and Procedures: Support Menasha IT processes and procedures.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with vendors and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop departmental and end-user documentation.
• Provide high-level troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair support to the PC Tech Group and operating company IT staff.
• Offer deep support to help desk operations.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of IT experience.

Education or Certifications Desired:

• College degree preferred in computer science or business administration with a computer science concentration, with 2-5 years of related experience. An associate degree with equivalent experience is also acceptable.
