The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with extensive experience in UC technologies, eager to design and automate systems for improved productivity and user experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement cutting-edge audio-visual and IT solutions for conference rooms.
- Upgrade and enhance existing systems to meet organizational needs.
- Develop automation solutions to streamline operations.
- Provide expert technical support and perform regular maintenance.
- Leverage APIs for system integration and continuously innovate based on UC technology trends.
- Strong Unified Communications skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Zoom, and Polycom systems.
- Extensive experience with API integration.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical role, focusing on UC technologies and solutions.
- Preferred Microsoft certification, though not mandatory.
