" Hands-on JIRA/Confluence or another Project management tool
" Excellent Excel skills and ability to generate reports
" Very good communication and teamwork skills (for effective JIRA follow up)
" Experience in Tracking SLA
" Reporting experience
" Detail-oriented and reliable. Well-organized. Results-motivated and quick learner
" Experience in managing Global teams
" Experience in managing Cross-functional teams
" Good Communication and multi-stakeholder management skill
" Knowledge on Agile
Good to have skills
" Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence
" PMP certified or equivalent
Experience 4 to 5+ years [ with PM experience for at least 3 -4 years]
Program Management
4-6 Years experience
