Infrastructure /Security/Operations Engineer - Aloden LLC

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Candidate Preference: Local to Charlotte, NC or nearby areas.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Print Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience engineering and supporting print management implementations and integrations for large-scale enterprises.
• Print Solution Proficiency: Solid understanding of key tools:
  • Client Web Jetadmin
  • Client Security Manager
  • Ricoh Streamline NX
  • Pharos Blueprint Enterprise and Secure Print
  • Other similar printing management/configuration tools/applications
• Scripting: Ability to write basic scripts using PowerShell and/or Python for automation and support tasks.
• Microsoft Infrastructure: Working knowledge of core Microsoft technologies:
  • DNS
  • DHCP
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • SQL Server
  • Group Policies
  • 802.1x
  • SMS (System Management Server)
  • Client (Distributed File System)
• Virtualization: Experience with non-persistent Virtual Desktops and Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support enterprise-wide printing solutions, focusing on Ricoh and Client products.
• Engineer and integrate new print management solutions, ensuring seamless operation within the existing infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain print servers, queues, and devices.
• Troubleshoot printing issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline print management processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and compliance of printing solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest printing technologies and industry best practices.
