About the Job
Required Education:
•Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Engineering
Required Experience:
•Develop and sustain optimum molding process for medical manufacturing device components (3+ years of experience)
•Develop an injection molding process per the decouple scientific principles (3+ years of experience)
•Execution and validation of IQ/OQ/PQ (3+ years of experience)
Preferred Experience:
•RJG or Paulson Certification for Injection Molding
•10+ Years in Plastic Manufacturing Industry
Injection Molding Process Engineer Role:
•Develop and sustain optimum molding process for medical manufacturing device components
•Develop an injection molding process per the decouple scientific principles.
•Run Projects from start to finish.
•Improve and troubleshoot areas in the molding department.
•Validation IQ/OQ/PQ, ground-up process development following Client procedures and processes.
•Plastic experience required. Master Molder certification preferred.
•Decoupled Molding Principles
•Project Management
•Requires good communication, and people skills to work well with other departments, and customers.
•Ability to write technical reports and prepare and make effective presentations
