Job Description:
- Develop and sustain optimum molding process for medical manufacturing device components
- Develop injection molding process per the decouple scientific principles.
- Run Projects from start to finish.
- Improve and troubleshoot areas in the molding department.
- Validation IQ/OQ/PQ, Ground up process development following *** procedures and processes.
- Plastic experience required. Master Molder certification preferred.
- Decoupled Molding Principles
- Project Management
- Requires good communication, people skills to work well with other departments, customers.
- Ability to write technical reports and prepare and make effective presentations
- 3+ years of experience in the following:
- Develop and sustain optimum molding process for medical manufacturing device components
- Develop injection molding process per the decouple scientific principles.
- Execution and validation of IQ/OQ/PQ
- RJG or Paulson Certification for Injection Molding
- Engineering Degree a plus
- 10+ Year in Plastic Manufacturing Industry
