Injection Molding Process Technician - SpeakEZ Virtual Solutions LLC

Company Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to join their team in Chatham, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of themselves and their colleagues, proper mold installation, and optimizing the molding process to produce high-quality products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Focus on working safely and providing processes and data to support an injury-free environment.

Follow division safety rules and demonstrate leadership in establishing and following Safe Work Procedures.

Participate in safety audits of new and existing secondary equipment.

Participate in new mold inspection, installation, and setup.

Work with Shift Process Technicians to improve the efficiency of existing processes.

Understand the Quality system and be able to interpret data as it relates to the molding process.

Be responsible for accurate and thorough documentation and data communication.

Overtime required at times.

Working Hours:

Swing Shift – Alternates weekly between 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm; 3rd Shift – 11pm-7am

Required Skills:

5 years of hands-on practical experience in injection molding.

2 years of a technical degree preferred.

Must pass Work Keys Mathematics and Technical Aptitude testing to be considered.

Working knowledge of the IQMS system and basic PC literacy is required.
